Creative Commons Issues

Postby foberle » Sun Sep 18, 2016 1:15 pm

Hi:

I've only recently discovered Linux Voice, but was sad to learn that it will no longer be carried in the U.S. by Barnes & Noble (the only local store that carries any linux-related pubs and books).

It also seems (from looking at your https://www.linuxvoice.com/creative-commons-issues/ page) that you are no longer releasing issues that are nine months old, as the November 2015 issue has been listed as most recent for several months.

The obvious answer is, of course, to purchase back issues from you or other sites, but I've never had much luck with the condition of magazines delivered to my house. Is all this a bad sign for the "experiment"? Should you perhaps donate just a bit less to the community and add an administrative assistant?

Thanks ...

Hi Foberle,

We had a deadline last week so I've been slightly behind on updating the Creative Commons issues. But it's done now! Issues 22 and 23 have been added, and I'll work on issue 24 later in the week:
